Tyler was very helpful as we navigated the claims process with our insurance company. The work they performed was very thorough and good quality. We got a class 4 rated roof installed, chimneys repaired, fence repaired and stained, and other things done. Tyler kept us informed of everything that was happening. Tyler and his team have done two roofs for us. The quality and professionalism they provided was outstanding. The work was done on-schedule, on-budget, and the workmanship was superb. Oh, and no mess to clean up after, as they did a great job of projecting my yard, pool, and landscape areas. Highly recommend PCS!

I was holding out on the claim for a long time, well Tyler made it so easy I didn’t have to deal with State Farm too much. The best part is State Farm said I will get a big discount on my rate since the roof now has class 3 stuff. I was worried that making a claim will increase the rate .. but it actually the opposite. If you have good roof materials rate is lower!!!

Short review: Phoenix Contracting Solutions - Tyler Thomson -absolutely the BEST complete tear off and re-roofing experience I have ever had!! Tyler Thomson...I can't say enough about how professional, easy to reach, and concerned about quality that he is. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business! Long review: My wife and I are both in our 70's, let's just say we have been around the block a few times, owned three different homes and experienced four (4) hail storms that destroyed our roofs. The most recent was in 2025. Of all of our roofing experiences, Tyler Thomson and his business were the absolute BEST. No pressure sales, no broken promises, and no excuses. Tyler got the job done! Now Tyler might not rate me as his favorite customer because I did call/text him a few times BUT he was always quick to respond AND took care of what I requested. The job was completed in a few days, as he stated it would be, and the few things I requested he fixed immediately. When his crew left, well, I could not even tell they had been there...no trash, no roofing nails, gutters were perfect, no damage to the bushes or lawn...just PERFECT! Be sure to do your homework, get things in writing, check the contracters insurance and most of all CALL previous customers. Tyler passed with flying colors and now that the job has been completed for several months and I've gone through a few more storms...the roof is great, the gutters work perfectly and I am extremely pleased with the work that Tyler and his business completed for me. BTW - I did not ask for photos of the progress but the below photos are just some of what he provided without being asked to (and they were taken on a daily basis both with a drone and hand held camera), he even helped me to get the Class 4 rating through my insurance company without me asking. I was really impressed! Thanks, Tyler!
